Halflings
The halflings, known as the Pleprathep in their own tongue, are a race of small humanoids related to the Misa Humans. They primarily live within the East Bank, yet due to their early mastery of shipbuilding have expanded to various places around the southern coasts of West-Argo.
However they have proven themselves to be rather skilled traders as well, leading to them being found all across the continent in some degree as a wandering traders people.
Those who do this are known as the Konkhakai, or Wandering Merchants. They mostly travel around in groups numbering between 50 and 200 in oxen- or horse pulled wagons that often look more like small mobile houses than wagons. These people then tend to settle down just outside of a town for a few days, then pack up and leave to the next town.
