Statica
"The following documents are a compilation of possible intelligence leaks, privacy violations and stolen secrets that are either directly linked or possibly linked to Queen Tvallagh from galactic authorities. If true then this being is a global danger just by spreading secrets and misinformation." -Documents shared throughout the various spy agencies (late 20th century).
Demographics
The population is made up of human women known as Staticites. It is unknown if they were plucked from and placed, enrolled or produced from a test tube

Defences
There are Static Men that that act as guards to the entry of the settlement. There is an invasion squad that was in the works. The settlement does have a patrol squad but it's light due to being relatively unknown.
Industry & Trade
Anything they can't produce themselves it's traded. They're main export is knowledge. There have been known cases where scientific knowledge, counterintelligence and political secrets were traded for that involved somebody from Statica.
Infrastructure
It's infrastructure places a heavy emphasis on military and R&D. Everything goes to knowledge gathering and invasion preparing.

Outside standard elements for a small civilization, there are remarkable technologies to be found here.
Guilds and Factions
Due to growing dissent amongst the Staticites, plans have been made to overthrow the queen. This led into a secretly open faction known to everybody but the queen.
History
First encountered in 1945 by Nelvana of The Northern Lights, it was though destroyed due to nuclear blast tests. It wasn't. What actually happened what that a rebellion took advantage of the visitors presence to rid their queen.
Over the decades it shifted faces as many staticites left for better places while the queen made new denizens. The queen always came back to it. That is until 2009 when the queen died. After this, several Staticites chose to redevelop the pocket dimension while other decided to live amongst other humanoid races.
Architecture
Cubed bases with sphere tops. The Queen has a royal palace that resembles something out of a gothic horror movie.
Geography
The pocket dimension looks and feels constructed and planned. There are 8 settlements all connected by trains. 6 of them are outposts that connect to planets of interest for the queen. One for manufacturing and processing and the last o gather resources. This last area is connected surrounded by various areas filled with nessecary resources.
Natural Resources
Because this place is most likely a constructed pocket dimension, It is abnormally abundant with materials used for construct, including those of the rarer variety.

I had to fill alot out with my own imagination. I figured the knowledge as a import/export would be consciously done thing here not to be relevant but to add for the Queen's villainy. She wants knowledge or to conquer then bargaining is a must
