History

Nobody knows when these creatures appeared, but what is know is that they were most likely constructed by the Queen of Statica for various purposes. One of the first known accounts to Earth is by Nelvana of The Northern Lights when she was dealing with the threats of the Etherian Prang. After this they haven't had anything major nor do anything major as a whole. What is worthy of note is that there is a number of rogue members roaming around who operate under their own accord and do their own thing. Normally staying in between the planes of existence or with Staticites, they don't do much without a leader. This is believed to be caused by they manufactured and constructed nature.   Though this does not mean that they ca't be found elsewhere or act independently. This is true for the rogues. Noted appearances includes a settlement in the Plane of the Enlarged where a workshop is located that will repair the Static Men, a visitor investigating Jupiter and a wizard on a medieval world.   A encounter of particular note was the visitor to Jupiter. His was investigating Earth's solar system. When it pasted by Earth it acquired Earth's cultural knowledge through satellites (circa 2005). The investigation brought light to the species origin; it became known that the Queen of Statica built them but why she did or if the drafting process and blueprints were her creations.

Author's Notes

This race only appeared on a few panels in the 1940's. I would be surprised they'd be forgotten if the Canadian comic characters continued. I'm keeping them as a minor or rare-ish race in this universe.
