Has a research and development lab, several torture devices and device that can retrieve knowledge from a humanoid brain, dead or alive. Her room has a televisor, a device that is a variant of the television or cinema that she created to watch her plane. The Televisor is a wall that, through the marvels of computer sciences, can display the image from a small screen to the entire wall.

Personal history
It is said amongst the Static Men and Staticites that their queen was once a golem made for love. The creator gave her all that any could desire, and she was pleased by this. But her lust and curiosity could not contain her. And so she left for anywhere that could fill her desire.
This is the only clue to the origin of this mysterious figure. What we do know is that she custom built two subserviant races: the Static Men and the Staticites. She made them operate the things that was considered beneath her.
Her place of residence and base of operation is a pocket dimension located between Earth and the Etherian Plane known as Statica. No one knows if she built the plane or discovered it. What is known was that she was traveling for some time before settling here and that she chose this place for it's easy access to two planes.
Her first modern encounter was with Nelvana of The Northern Lights, who met her on her way to deal with an invasion of the Etherian Prang. She died in that encounter when her settlement crumbled and she became stone and shattered.
This wasn't her end however as she came back time and time again to conquer Earth. It was discovered during one of these encounters that she was stone made flesh and that there are backup copies of her in, with up to date memories, case of dead or defeat.
Every since her first encounter with the Inuit demigoddess, the queen has been losing servants due to her attitude and treatment of her servants along with every failure she accumulate.
During the first decade of the new millenium she lost most of her facilities through a staticite rebellion forcing her into desperate measures. She was officially dead through a scheme involving uploading her mind online.

She is also queen of a species known as Staticites, whom reside in her pocket dimension and serve her will.
In her pocket dimension she lives in a palace with a "hall of time", a scheme she was working on for awhile. In her bedroom she has a has televisor that can give a full view of her world.
It should be noted that she has access to a personalized and otherworldly lab, various technology beyond humanity's capability (circa 1945), various time machines, a machine that can extract people's knowledge and experiences and a golem making facility to make duplicates of herself.

I think she could be easily applied to a variety campaigns. She could easily be a wizard or sorceress with a high intelligence stat and A decent knowledge base. A plot that could happen for D&D could easily be that your party get called to investigate suspicious people and through this the discover a portal to Statica and must stop the queen's invasion.
