Capshaw

Wealthy neighborhoods and the most badass beaches, Capshaw is where public beaches meet private neighborhoods. It is a place to see and be seen. Boutique shops, top tier bistros, and some of the best plastic surgeons in the United States make up every block of this neighborhood. Where buying a handbag is just as expensive as getting a new nose.

Stedevast Bay

While Solis Bay is home to many beaches, the most vital beach would be Stedevast Bay. Filled with celebrities, influencers, and tourists, and a variety of hustlers, it is a place to see and be seen.   If you just want to surf - you can do that. If you just want to scope out the hottest bods on the planet - you can do that. If you want to hit up the boardwalk and watch some of the street performers praying that some well-connected producer wanders by to lift them up from the abyss of anonymity - you can do that too. I do that all the time.   Stedevast is also home to a team of lifeguards known as the Stedevast Angels. These people work tirelessly to protect the lives of citizens who are just trying to have some fun in the sun. You'd be surprised at some of the crazy shit these lifeguards have to deal with. So wild they could probably make a TV show about it.   See also: Stedevast Angels

Olberry Mansion

The founding of Solis Bay is a complicated story involving several feuding families, who had each staked claim in a nearby gold mine. Written documents of this time are sparse, and much of our understanding comes from oral histories passed down from individuals who have long since passed. The Olberrys are one of the original families that settled Solis Bay, which is not up for debate, and the Olberry Mansion is a recognized historical site that preserves the home they built in the early 1900s. However, the story presented by the tour guides of the Olberry Mansion has come under question by many historians, who criticize it for its one-sided view of history.   According to the estate, the Oldberrys defended their gold mine claim from multiple families, the most persistent of which were the Garvins. After a bloody battle only one man was left standing - Josiah Olberry. This is presented as a triumphant narrative, with the Olberrys only defending what was rightfully theirs, staving off the savage greed of other families who couldn't handle the Oldberrys good fortune.   Historians challenge this narrative claiming that all the families involved had traveled out west as equal partners, and any riches discovered would be split among them. From this perspective, it was the Oldberrys who succumbed to their greed, double crossing the others for their own gains.   Regardless of the true history, most people in Solis Bay are ignorant to the whole affair, living in the now instead of the past. But there are some who are particularly interested in the Oldberry story, particularly the rumor of a forgotten cache of golden riches that many believe was hidden somewhere on the Oldberry property.

Tabby Tan Country Club

Tabby Tan was a Chinese immigrant whose mother and father worked on a vineyard in Baretta Hills owned by the Parlito family. Tan herself was also employed as a child, picking grapes. Viticulture became Tabby's life, and her passion for the vineyard lead to her being appointed the vineyard manager.   When family patriarch Ettore Parlito passed away, he left the vineyard to Tabby Tan for fear that his bumbling heirs would ruin the legacy of his wine. After heated legal battles over the estate, Tabby Tan emerged as the soul owner of Parlito Vineyard, which she elevated to one of the most respected wines produced in the United States.   One of Tabby Tan's projects was a country club that was predominantly Asian in membership. The Tabby Tan country club served as a symbol for Asian excellence, inspiring incoming immigrants that they too could achieve greatness through hard work and dedication.   The Tabby Tan Country Club has world class amenities including an Olympic sized swimming pool and 18 hole golf course. Their Tennis coaching staff is comprised of multiple former professional players. Unique to TTCC is a theater dedicated to world cinema. Tabby Tan's son, Baoshu Tan was obsessed with collecting and restoring prints in order preserve the history of international films. The Tan Film Library hosts both private and public screenings throughout the year.   The Tabby Tan Country Club found itself in embroiled in controversy when it was discovered that Laura Davis, one of the waitstaff, was actually an Androids, that utilized technology very similar to Nigel.   Officials are investigating the origins of this illegal synthetic human.
