Voxi

Voxi is a young forest gnome who serves as the first assistant to Overseer Call of a Bird in the Compliance Division of the Waterdeep Bureau of Municipal Affairs. Energetic, anxious, and highly competent, she is often seen racing to keep up with her superior’s rapid-fire dictation. Her enchanted quill rarely stops moving as she juggles paperwork, field inspections, and damage control with equal parts panic and precision.
Voxi assisted in the inspection and renovation oversight of the Frightened Ferret alongside Echo, her second assistant. After Echo’s death during the mimic attack in the cellar, Voxi was visibly shaken but continued to follow Birdie’s orders without protest. Her muted grief and fearful compliance left a strong impression on the party, particularly Jonnie.
She remains employed by the Bureau and was seen again days later in Trollskull Alley, where she was handling errands for her division. When asked, she agreed to pass a message from Kostas to Grayson and Jonnie. Despite her position within a cold bureaucratic system, Voxi has shown flashes of kindness, reliability, and emotional depth that set her apart from her superior.
