Utgard
Capital city of Jotunheimr, and seat of power for the Utlaegr Triumvirate. Tall stone walls and thick iron gates protect a city rooted in history, concentric tiers of the settlement built upon the aged ruins of the old. While the Triumvirate’s power is being tested by the rising city of Stromgard and the powerful nation of the Emerald Coast, their people remain unified under each Triumvir’s iron grip. Nestled in the frozen valley at Elding’s base, Utgard is home to the finest metal-smiths and miners on Jotun. The great forges are temples to the Stonemother, and the smiths are revered as holy artisans.
