Oceanus Waverider
Member of Mana'an Sea Elf clan and the Anlarius mariner's guild, Oceanus was working for the Anlarius Coastal Defense Navy when he was tasked to Investigate a Mysterious Ship "The Sea Ghost" frequenting their coast and returning to the Ageron Coast. The Sea elves suspicions where that the Sea Ghost and their crew may be Pirates or Smugglers. Their Suspicions proved true when Oceanus managed to make his way aboard and discovered that the Crew of the Sea Ghost where in fact Smugglers and Observed them receiving some stolen goods from what was to be assumed a pirate vessel. He observed a large amount of weapons being taken aboard but was soon discovered and captured he had been held prisoner several days before his rescue by the party of adventurers who boarded and took the Sea Ghost.
Oceanus is now a willing and Capable Ally of the adventurers and also acts as an Envoy between Anlarius and Saltmarsh in the upcoming preparations to go against the Sahuagin.
Oceanus is a Sea elf from Anlarius before being captured by the Smugglers of the "Sea Ghost" he is very smart and resourceful. He is a member of the Anlarius Mariners Guild and has served aboard several Sea Elf trading ships. He is a capable sailor and a friend of the sea. He is a willing ally of the adventurersregarding any good endeavers they may persue.
