The Races of Vitallia

Vitallia is the main world in the universe of Meteor Tales, a universe known as Radrum. It is a high fantasy world set in a medieval setting where Gods, Mortals and a native deity called the Sentinel fight each other for dominion. Throughout the history of the world, these powers have fought each other, existed in peace and betrayed each other multiple times, painting a dark picture of a world that was born in blood.
The history of Vitallia begins with the Great War, a battle between Gods, the Sentinel and eventually, the Races (referred to as Mankind despite the differences between Humans, Elves, Dwarves etc), who joined the War later on to participate in the shaping of their world.
Vitallia was created by a Meteor and later discovered by foreign forces, the Gods that roamed the universe in search of powers. However, this book contains mostly anthropocentric information and lore regarding the nature, the idiosyncrasies and the many kingdoms of Vitallia.
Vitallia is defined by the Sentinel, its own creator and the creature that lives under the surface of the earth. It affects every living being, but also, the very environment of the world.
Civilizations emerged through the years, and kingdoms were formed in every corner of the world. These kingdoms are not inhabited by specific species (Races) but of mixed peoples. However, there are regions where specific species are dominant due to cultural and physical variations.
Vitallia’s lifespan is short, for a planet. It currently runs through its 5th Age, the Age of the Tyrant, and each Age before the 5th, ranged for 500-2000 years, beginning with the 1st Age, the Age of the Hunter when the Great War occurred. This means that there are creatures in Vitallia that have survived the Great War and still live to tell the tale.
