The Afkariel Brotherhood
The Afkariel were a brotherhood of warriors that roamed the deserts of the Freelands of the South and worked as mercenaries and monster hunters. During the Second Age they joined with Morgeth from the Blade Guardians and participated in many battles along his side. Morgeth eventually became their leader but his occupation with the order of the Blade Guardians often drove him away from the Afkariel. The Afkariel helped Morgeth protect Crysna in the Battle of the Cave and slowly developed a strong bond of friendship and comradery.
