Oath of the Lion

The Oath of the Lion is a ceremony that binds a person to serve the King of Lothen until released by another king. The Oath was created by Vheod Whiteshield during the Age of the Hunter when he forced Akreyn Thiaspis to always serve the king of Lothen. This bond is particularly important since Akreyn was an immortal Vampire and the oath was meant to keep him bound to the entirety of Lothen's lineage over the years.
