Daenum Arum (a.k.a. The God of the Desert)
Daenum Arum, a formidable sorcerer who escaped the Cell during the Second Age, successfully amassed considerable power and an army in what is now known as The Veiled Lands, the western isles. He orchestrated the devastating attack known as the Night of the Legion on the capital of Rose, seizing the coveted Books of First Magic. Despite his initial success, Daenum Arum's reign of terror was brought to an end by the determined efforts of Ankhrafel Theodrum of the Roseguard, resulting in the destruction of the powerful sorcerer.
