The World's Shield

Order of knights predating the The Vast Light. They were formed to shield the world from the dangers of Luma. They are divided into several sub circles with their own specializations.

Structure

Aegis Corbe is divided into Circles, each lead with a Grand Paladano. There is no central organization or leader and each in theory each circle is of same value This, however, does not hold true in practice with the larger Circles and more charismatic Grand Paladano tending to take the lead of them all.

Culture

The organization is founded on the tradition of apprenticeship, where established Paladanos are expected to train new ones in practices called Domaship. This training is firstly done in one of the Grand Libraries of the Aegus Corbe and then take to field for practical studies.

Public Agenda

Founded to guard the world from dangers of Luma they are the intervention force that arrives even before anything happens. Each member is sworn by oath to guard the peoples of Visten, and they do so with great dilligence.
