Insatiable

A condition which forces the affected to uncontrollably follow their deepest desires, progressively getting more impulsive and chaotic to achieve what they want.
Mmm, follow what your heart wants. Mhmm, that's what it does to you. Uncontrollable you become. Mmm, very dangerous kind of curse...
— Rattic, Black Market Merchant

Symptoms:

The effects of the insatiable condition lasts for ten minutes. With each minute that ticks by, the affected sentient being becomes driven by their lust for whatever they desire most at that moment in time. Becoming animalistic in a matter of minutes. If the affected is starved of their desire for ten minutes, then the condition dissipates leaving them with cold shivers and fatigue. If the desire is obtained, then the insatiable continues for another ten minutes.   While many creatures with sentience are capable of becoming insatiable, there are many unaffected by the condition. Plant based creatures, golems, constructs and monsters with a lack of emotion are unaffected by the curse. Psychic and other mind-based magic wielders are less affected and are often able to resist the impulsive caused by the insatiable condition (Only affected for five minutes).
Potential Plot Hook: Your party are chasing a necromancer inside their hidden lair. Full of traps for trespassers such as yourselves. The necromancer activates a cursing rune, causing each party member to be given the insatiable condition for the next ten minutes. Will you be able to continue the chase or will you be too consumed by your greatest wants in life?
Most encounters with the insatiable condition stem from potions ingested or curses bestowed on targets. There are however a few situations where beings become insatiable in the wild. These include interactions with Lust Leeches; that secrete an insatiable inducing slime, and Cupid Blossoms; which pollinate in strong winds. Spreading spores in the air.
