House Rend
House Rend is one of the three currently standing houses of Wechesto, it was among the first, second only to Mardonez. It is the most populous house, and arguably one of the richest due to it being in the incredibly lucrative trade of magical items. It manufactures, trades in, and smuggles magic items into and out of places at a huge profit alongside having some of the most experienced and impressive crafters outside of the triad or the four crowns.
House Rend is made up of humans primarily, with multiple dwarves and gnomes who migrated there being in high standing due to their understanding of craft. These outside crafters are brought in to teach the most recent methods to a group of people within Wechesto, and then are given high standing in the family as a result, and oversee production of whatever item they bring.
