Lancel Gideon
Lancel Gideon was born 1374, to Galahad Gideon. He was influential in the later half of the Red Rebellion, as he was made Head of House Gideon after his fathers death in 1401. He was a skilled fighter, like many in his family, and he was famous for using a Morningstar as his primary weapon, which earned him the nickname of the Golden Star. He had two children, a son and a daughter. His son Tomas Gideon was born in 1404, and his first daughter, Evaine Gideon, was born 1406. Lancel spent most of his time reading and dealing with political and financial matters, and he was a quiet and reserved man. He enjoyed participating in tourneys from time to time, and he was known to be an excellent horseman. He was very close with his son, but he became ill in 1448, and he was only able to see his grandson Arthur Gideon once at his birth, as he fell into a coma the next day. He died days later, and his family mourned him greatly.
