Stella carries her mother's diary, which had managed to survive the fire at her home. She keeps it as a momento of her mother and sometimes reads from time to time as a way of coping with her loss.

Stella wishes to be free from her traumas and, to that end, stresses her own survival and the survival of those she cares about. This can sometimes come into conflict with others as her trauma can lead her to become upset or overreact to certain situations.

History
Erin took Stella in after finding her in her ravaged village despite push back from members of the former's pack. When some wolves decided to take severe measures, Erin defended Stella and promised to protect her.
