The Watcher is both the head of the city and the leader of the army. He has a council of 7 generals who staff the War Room and assist with planning strategy. The guard consists of 7 companies of 200 souls, each with their own specialties.
Culture
Arms and armor vary from company to company, but all wear the badge of Wexwood (a brown backdrop with a green oak tree and a splitting waterfall down both sides)
The standard officer uniform is a deep green wool with brown trim. For the enlisted, these two colors were mostly replicated in the daily wear of the soldiers. Naturally this means that whenever they have a chance off duty, they wear truly bright and colorful garments.

Public Agenda
The last remaining vestige of Wexwood’s original purpose as a military garrison. The Woodguard still protect the people of the southlands from the threats coming from the Northern Reaches.
