Spark of the Storm

Description

A tall panther-form Tabaxi with golden eyes. He wears robes of deep blue spider-silk as well as a large, brimless, pointed hat. Spark often carries an ornate staff capped with a large orb of sapphire and often wears a set of half-moon glasses. He is the First Speaker of the Mage Circle, the organizing body of Obscure Veritas. 

Interactions

Quick-witted, friendly but reserved. He gets bored easily however....unless the subject is magic.

Quirk

Rubs against doorways. Also has a hard time controlling his tail
