Description and Characteristics
Largeish bird/lizard hybrid. Most easily described as a cross between a velociraptor and a pheasant. They were mostly covered in small colorful scales and long wing and tail feathers in drab browns and golds. Two wings, two sharp-taloned feet and a long neck with a sharp beak, they are omnivores.
Behavior and Intelligence
They tend to run rather than fight. In the wild will often hide in bushes until flushed, when they will try to fly for it. Social creatures, they prefer to be in large flocks. Overall they have the intelligence of a chicken.
Locations in Vestra
One of the creatures Changed during the mage storm after the Cataclysm, they have breed true and fast. Often kept by farmers for their eggs and meat.
