Percival Smythe

Description

Only about two foot tall, with white puffy feathers and brown and black barring along his wing feathers he is clearly a Strige from the Humblewood. However he fully believes that he is a halfling from Barebarrow who got caught in some kind of magic which gave him the owl form. Unfortunately that same magic erased his memory so he really can't say who he was a year ago.
