Description
Current Earl of Rubresh, one of five noble families of Haven.Kasfire is a stout halfling with a deep laugh and bright red hair. He spends most of his time at the country house, tending to the needs of his tenets rather than dealing with nonsense in the capitol. He dresses in fine robes of purple and spring green.
