Every guild now maintains a hall within its districts, creating a structured yet varied civic body that serves as the closest thing the continent has to a shared capital. Governed under the authority of Overcity's decrees, Suncrest balances local leadership with centralized oversight. Arion resides here, commanding a force considerably greater than that stationed at Angelwatch.
