Tra'vail Essfallow is the red skinned tiefling owner of the Silver Swan Imports. He is a shrewd businessman, partly due to his charismatic nature and skill at negotiations, partly due to his innate ability to read the minds of his patrons; it is not true telepathy, but more the ability to read surface thoughts and emotions. He has a knack for acquiring specific items his clientele desire, even under the noses of the city watch who keep a close eye on the operations of the only tiefling-owned business within the merchant ward.
Tra'vail's defining features are his ebony colored horns and his hands, the former which protrude from his brow just below the hairline, arcing forward 3 inches or so. Then there are his hands. He often sits behind his high perch, elbows on the counter, thumbs touching each other while his fingers tap against each other in unison. Each of his fingers possesses an extra knuckle, giving his hands an arachnid-like appearance, the motions reminding those watching of a spider patrolling its web.
