Family names
Genasi tend to have human familial names, as the genasi aredirect decendants of the original wizards that caused the Unraveling, but some genasi adopt the names of the culture they grew up in.

Common, different dialects of primordial depending on their elemental association (ex. Fire knows ignan, Water knows aquan)
Culture and cultural heritage
Genasi culture is a variation of their human heritage, and has adapted to encorperate their elemental quirks. For example, while all Genasi can persure any career, Fire Genasi make exeptional Bakers and Candlemakers.
Shared customary codes and values
Unlike the other races, genasi do not have a general code they follow; rather, they adopt the values of other cultures. A wholly genasi settlement isn't unlike the human societies that they decended from.
One universal constant of the Genasi: they are enthralled by planar magic, and build organizations to advance learning. Many Genasi believe that the Unraveling not only affected physical elements, but the magical weave as well.
Common Dress code
Genasi tend to dress themselves in sophisticated attire, colored according to their elemental origins.
Art & Architecture
Genasi architecture fuses design and purpose to create defined styles. The epitome of their civilization is the capital city of Vartonsar, which is surrounded by colossal statues representing the four variations of Genasi. These titans were a final gift from Serala to defend the city from threats that may arise in her absence. (Think Atlantis)
