The Queen of Dragons

Queen Eliza Xypherius (a.k.a. The Dragon Queen)

Legends speak of an ancient noble clan who live in the remote mountains in the western region of Veridia who possess an artifact that can control dragons. This family, known as clan Xypherius, has existed for hundreds of years, isolated from society and protected by a supposed army of dragons. The clan maintained their power until Abbadon's Incursion corrupted the dragons of the land. Some of these dragons were under the influence of clan Xepherius and some rebelled while others sacraficed themselves to protect their masters. Many dragons were slain, as well as almost the entirety of clan Xypherius - only one survivor remained: a child named Eliza.
The dragons who remained loyal to the clan crowned Eliza as their Queen and raised her. A few years later and the dragons still treat Eliza as their Queen and respect her sometimes childish wishes.

Walks in a very royal manner with her hands behind her back, as if she were royalty (which technically she is).

In possession of am artifact that, when worn, can communicate to and control any willing dragon.

Personal history

Born to the Lord and Lady of the Xypherius house, Eliza was expected to eventually inherit the family's status as well as become the wielder of the artifact that controls dragons. However, when she was five years old, Abbadon's Incursion corrupted many of Xypherius' dragons and a small-scale civil war erupted between those who were loyal and those who wern't. In the chaos, the entire Xypherius clan was slain, with the exception of Eliza. The loyal dragons who remained took care of Eliza and crowned her as their new Queen, one they will loyally serve and raise for the next few years.

Mental Trauma

Eliza still does not fully understand what happened to her family. She is in denial of something happening and most of her dragons try to shield her from the harsh reality of truth.
