Halivar

Halivar (-1466 - -1329) was a fraudulent wizard and scholar who was stationed at the Black City to study captive demons. He was manipulated and corrupted by the influence of his captives into serving Abaddon, the Demon Lord of the Abyss. Under Abaddon's influence, he stole the Spellstone of Sagaria and used it summon a powerful avatar of the demon king. Halivar was the leader the of the Shadow Pact, a loose alliance of powerful Drow, Hobgoblin and Orc nations. He was also the founder of the Shadow Council and the first Tiefling under Abaddon's rule.
