The Duke of Regensthall and ruler of the lands of Rhone.
After the events that occurred in Rhone and the attacks by the Black Hand, the party made a report to the Duke of their side of the events. Miles was thankful for the party's actions and for bringing the children, Elise and Adam, to Regensthall.
The Duke stated that the man they had met in the ruins is known as 'Lothair' and has been causing trouble for the Dukedom for sometime, the Duke's men, however, have been unable to locate him or his accomplices. Miles promises to provide the party with any additional information that he learns about the mysterious mage.
The party enquired with Miles about the World Tree. Miles was able to provide additional information to the party regarding the location of the tree, the conditions of Hyberia and the War of Oxerley Vale, in which he and Thurdon's father, Wymar I, served together.
The Duke wished the party luck in their future adventures, suggesting they speak with the Grand Duke if they wished to travel to Hyberia.
The party once again met up with Miles the following day. Zeph requested that Miles provide a letter of permission to allow the party to travel to Hyberia. Miles was happy to do so, providing a written letter that he signed and sealed.
Miles wished the party luck on their journey and stated his hope to see them again in the future.
