The Unified Giants enslave the new Dwarven Race

After the Leaving of Moradin, the Giants discover the newly created Dwarven race. Seeing their sturdy build and constructive nature, they instantly gathered all clans they could find and enslaved them, using them to mine massive quantities of precious metals from the earth and carve mind bogglingly massive keeps and cities.
