History
Before Scarlet Sandstorm most individuals just cleared the thin layer of sand that would form off their own territories. After the conflict a perpetual wind from the south started to blow sand off the dunes filling the streets of Delta Edge. It was such a nuisance the city finally hired workers to remove it. Unfortunately these efforts were in vain. As the dunes themselves began to move entire structures would be lost. Wind Wards were setup to slow them down making the movers jobs somewhat easier.
