Ghost
A thief that prowls the foggy woods near Haar on the southern boarder of Noord. Often sneaking up on and startling individuals, Ghost will then collect, use, or pawn the spoils of its endeavors. While it's fairly harmless, (usually just playing) it's still considered a Savage by the locals.
Ghost's presence is tolerated to some extent due to Null's initiative to integrate Creaviae from the wild back into society. Locals will allow it to come into town as long as it remains civil and obeys the rules.
