Kos Entheas

Kos Entheas is a large, cosmopolitan city-state.  It was founded by the Sun Elves to honor the gods, in particular the sun god, Resh.  Great temples to all the gods are maintained here, and the Sunlit Temple of Resh is adorned with beautiful stained glass windows, which light up like rainbows at dawn. The city is designated in concentric rings, with the Sunlit Temple of Resh at the center.  Ascending from the Sunlit Temple is a large spire with a magical gem held aloft.  Many of the buildings in Kos Entheas have large mirrors built to angle sunlight at this gem, which absorbs the energy from the light.  This energy is used to power the entire city, and also shines brightly even at night, so the city remains lit at all times.
