Clara von Magdeburg
Clara of Magdeburg was Embraced as a dalliance by a passing Knight who "loved her beauty" but fell out of infatuation quickly afterward. That was during the Teutonic Wars. Clara forged her own path through the Court of Night and struck various bargains with the Changelings of the Dark Forest.
She became a Harpy of Brandenburg in 1500, and after five decades, when she was passed over for position because she couldn't match the wealth of her competitors, she left for Venice. It was there that she first met Emma Valgard while Emma was collecting debts for Teodor.
