Kalyphos

Kalyphos is a god of Dichotism, one of the Fallen. He embodies the domains of chaos, ruin, and decay. Kalyphos is viewed to be an animal, a primal being that only knows how to destroy and degrade. It is believed even the other Fallen fear him, for he is unpredictable and uncontrollable. It is believed that he, or his agents, will be the eventual undoing of the Mortal Bulwark, that all mortals must be united in service of the Risen before Kalyphos accomplishes this. As with all of the Fallen, he is not given the dignity of a humanoid form in artwork. He is rarely portrayed in artwork at all, often left as a unquantified, implied fear. A looming threat that cannot be predicted, that threatens to appear at any moment. In any rare case where he is depicted, he is shown as a cloud of plague, as a disease.
