Glittering Sea

This sea is important for a vast amount of trade, especially from the Naiathel Empire. It is named the Glittering Sea due to a unique algae, nicknamed Blue Radiance, that emits a blue bioluminescence at night only when the Crystal Moon is more than half full. Nights when this algae is bioluminescent attract fish and squid to the surface, and are especially good nights for fishing. This sea is generally frigid, with dangerously cold waters. Its weather is relatively mild, with few storms and mostly calm winds.
