Government: Constitutional Monarchy. The Lord Ruler is the head of government, and he may assign certain titles for the duration of his rule. Their power is limited by a Constitution, and every 25 years the Lord Ruler must step down. All Chieftains then gather to vote upon a High Chieftain to succeed their rule. The same Lord Ruler may be voted in again. High Chieftains rule over lesser Chieftains, who rule over other lesser Dukes and Duchesses, and so forth. 
Cultures: Majority Draconid, with lesser Vesinian and Bethan. Official Religion: Blood of the Ancients, though general freedom of religion is allowed.
