Basic Information
Anatomy
The Jillaneene are small rabbits with large moth-like wings and a longer than average rabbit tail. They come in shades of white and blue and are always hard to spot among the snow and ice. They can not run as fast as rabbits, but they can jump high and then glide great distances at an even faster speed. They use this ability to escape from predators and potential threats.
Genetics and Reproduction
Jillaneene reproduce sexually like a normal rabbit and I'm sure you all know how that ends out.
Growth Rate & Stages
Jillaneene take a couple of weeks to grow to full size, which then they leave their parents and strike out on their own to create their own family.
Ecology and Habitats
Jillaneene are used to cold frigid climates and rely on the ice and snow to camouflage them from potential dangers.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Jillaneene eat the few plants that can survive such frigid climates as they live in, which is actually surprisingly common. The only problem is the Jillaneene by themselves pretty much eat it all with not enough to spare, so other creatures normally have to resort to other food sources.
Additional Information
Domestication
Jillaneene can be easily domesticated with the promise of food and protection from any potential dangers.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Jillaneene have excellent hearing to help them avoid predators and to know when danger is lurking nearby.
