The Grand Library (Rubi'Sarha)

The Grand Library of Rubi'Sarha is one of many and offers the widest publicly available resources for research and investigation. The Library was founded originally far to the north where a great repository of knowledge is stored. Copies of it's books are distributed abroad to all the branch locations, and special services offered for viewing of the original works without handling them.  Aside from containing vast knowledge they also provide discrete housing services for those doing research.
