A farming village that sits at the Northernmost extend of the Storm Lands. This settlement was once under near constant assault from a tribe of Gnolls, but after much hardship eventually Rubi'Sarha sent a diplomatic emissary to forge an alliance between the two peoples.  With the exchange of foods being the primary currency.
