Personal history
Dame Myrdith Dolciana (née Cichol) was born on Red Wolf Moon 3, CY 1558 to the Bishop of the Enaldirian Church in St. Cethleann's Landing. Due to the exorbitantly high income of an individual of such stature (especially given the name Cichol - the only known descendants to the bloodline of Saint Cethleann herself), Dame Cichol was given one of the finest educations money could buy.
When she went off to The Academy of Ancient Studies to study Law, she realized that the religious aspects of her upbringing were quite the sham. Whispers were bombarding her from every which direction, tempting her to commit horrible deeds in the name of Bloodshed Himself.
But a week of school had passed, and Dame Cichol met her soon-to-be husband - a half-elf individual named Clarence Dolciana - who affirmed these whispers. He'd been hearing them too, and together, they committed their first violent act in the name of Dydos by killing a helpless janitor in their dormitory, and managed to pass under the radar of all who investigated the incident.
As soon as the couple's undergraduate study had ended, they moved to Oakenward to be as close to the Singed Cathedral as possible. They purchased a manor with their overwhelming generational wealth and began to not only kill in the streets of Oakenward, but to groom young children into servants and assassins to aid in the efforts of the Dolciana manor.
In 1595, Dame Myrdith Dolciana murdered her husband in cold blood. Although none of the Oakenward authorities found out about this, one individual with a passion for suffering did - this man was the husk of Arden Riverfall, his form overtaken by the Crawling King. Dolciana quickly became an important contact for Riverfall's closest circle - The Inner Six - and became one of their major sources of funding.
In 1599, the remnants of the Soldhom Dynasty (who all lived in the city of Zonaius) desperately needed money, and so they sold their bastard child Faladin Soldhom to the Dolciana Estate. He grew up there for several years, before escaping with friend Kos Vessar.
In Red Wolf Moon 1619, Dame Dolciana sought to get the attention of Fala by capturing Morpheus Torrentum, a major ally of his adventuring party. In the rescue mission to seek out Morpheus, Fala and The Stonebounders killed Dolciana and utterly destroyed her manor. Now, the remains of the manor are a tourist attraction for one of Tempora's most prolific serial killers of all time.
