Platonius

Neutral Good, Uthilithian overarching conception of love.   Despite Uthilith's storied history of strife, love is at the core of every action taken. It can be as pure as the romance between childhood sweethearts or as warped as the obsession with colonial conquest - but it's always there in one form or another. Platonius was born in the union between Colston Clay and Timothy Brenatto upon Uthilith's Genesis - a relationship so unalloyed by strife and conflict that it created literal divinity. However, when Timothy was murdered in the first act of true conflict within the world, Platonius' hand was forced into creating two new divinities. Agape was pure, establishing a domain full of unadulterated love (platonic and romantic) while Eros bore the crest of lust and obsession.   Platonius lacks an institutionalized religion, but he appears as a contributor in that of every other Uthilithian deity's worship. Even in places of extreme reverence (such as the Temple of Candor), an icon of the love god will make an appearance.
