As you head into this campaign, keep in mind that how the story starts will largely depend on where you choose to be from. If the majority of the party hails from one faction versus the other, the story will be tailored in such a way that makes sense. That being said, if you want to spend your early days in one place over the other, discuss with your party members and create your characters in tandem! The sooner a character is brought to the DM, the more likely your wishes will be granted.
