Risembool
Risembool is a city on a cliff that is where The King's cloak is based out of. Children at the age of 5 from every race are recruited into the Cloak and are trained how to deal with magic users for 13 years, until they reach the age of performing their Arynyea. They are then sent to different cities to travel inconspicuously with others.
