Colors & Materials:
Primary Avatar: A rotund man in work overalls, dirty and splattered with muck. A messy, but pure white shirt is underneath that has somehow maintained to be clean. Hairy chest and arms, thick round beard in dark black hair. His dark hair is a mess, sticking up in random spikes, looking crunchy and firm. A shovel, “Muckraker” is strapped across his back and he carries a war pick, “Clog Screw”. The pick end is round but it is corkscrewed like a drill bit. He is sometimes depicted with a pig snout as he famously snorts when he laughs, which is often.
Secondary Avatar:
Tertiary Avatar: A bird that craps a big crap on a person. For a rich or powerful person it symbolizes comeuppance. But a good omen for a poor person. Some rulers will never walk outside without an umbrella or canopy held over them. The random bird crap could be held up as a sign that they will fall from power, encouraging coups or assassinations.
Observation Day: Sivila (11th day of the week, a workday)
Ghyennee is a mirthful god, known to be happy no matter what. His domain includes the muck, filth, and rot of the world. He teaches that there is value hidden in everything, even the unwanted trash of the world. He taught the races to build sewers to herd the filth down below their cities. He finds a spiritual home amongst the unwanted of the cities, the underbellies, and their slums. Civil workers who collect refuse, trash, and manure are among his worshippers. They sort through the trash for value—a task dear to Ghyennee’s big heart. The trash of the world holds great riches. And this applies to people more than the garbage thrown out by the rich. Since slums are dirty and left to rot, he is a natural hero to the poor huddled in slums. He protects the dirty and the slums they live in. He is the Pig King of Slums by his own pronouncements, ending with a piggy snort. The poor are resourceful in living, lacking coins to throw at any need. They save what others would throw out, re-using and re-purposing. Here his tenets of living overlap with his sister-goddess, Rageenah. And he knows that there are gems amongst these dirty streets and alleys.   As the patron of sewage systems, he can be heard happily singing in the sewers. Sewer workers often sing, even hiring bards to sing in the sewers. Kings and paupers are the same in the sewers. The “dirt” of everyone can be found there. They say he hears the dirty little secrets spoken near every toilet and outhouse. Wealthy will have their own sewage pits dug to hold their outhouse refuse to protect against their secrets being heard by Ghyennee and his sewer rats. Sewers workers are often derided as “sewer rats” and tales say rats dance to Ghyennee’s music and song. Tales tell that he rides massive alligators through the sewers, leading to tales of monster gators in the sewers throughout the world.   Happy as Pigpan in muck. Happy as a pig in muck.   Everyone poops. Ghyennee hears the dirtiest secrets of the high and the low.   Other Mythological ideas:   MILLER He takes the debris of the world, old and forgotten, and grinds it in a mill of stars, back down to the dust from whence everything came. The largest planetary ring, the innermost one that fades towards the horizon is his dust falling to Urth. A hoarder of waste. Packrat.
