Count Jericho von Krolock is the eternal ruler of the Province of Krolock and a loving family man to his wife, Sarah, his son and son-in-law, Herbert and Alfred, and his grandchild, Wyrd. He is also revered as the most powerful vampire to stand against Queen Carmilla five centuries ago when he was turned.

Personal history
Jericho von Krolock once had two sons: Albrecht and Herbert. Albrecht was his confident, serious older son, and Herbert his spoiled, lackadaisical younger son. They were both borne to him by his first wife, Beatrice.
Five centuries ago, Albrecht was murdered by the progenitor vampire, Queen Carmilla. His senseless murder was committed on his twenty-first birthday at an extravagant ball held by his father. His death was a result of Jericho refusing to become her immortal servant at the cost of his sons. He and his wife were subsequently forced to turn. Jericho's remaining son, Herbert, was turned after Beatrice found him barely clinging to life.
Before the First Wild Hunt, the Krolocks fled to their ancestral home in the Eiskrone Mountains. Beatrice was killed by Cadurn the Gold, and the grief-stricken Jericho signed the Hunt Pact: a decree for vampires to fight alongside humans in any future wild hunts.
Count Krolock is currently the most powerful and influential vampire to publically oppose the Crimson Witch and her cult.

Contacts & Relations
Wyrd (grandchild): Because Herbert chose never to inherit the title of Count in case of Jericho's death or inactivity, he was the one to sternly make sure throughout Wyrd's childhood that they would be a suitable heir to the title. However, although Jericho is incredibly stern to his only grandchild, he loves Wyrd most in the world and would do anything to protect them.
Cyrille (future grandchild-in-law): He will never let anyone know this, but Count Krolock adores Cyrille as if they were his own grandchild. He hasn't spoiled a child as he has with Herbert in centuries. However, they both refrain from displaying too much friendly affection in public to protect both of their political reputations.
Azaloth: Because Azaloth is close to Wyrd, Count Krolock sees Azaloth as a close and trusted ally. He believes he will be a better ally than Count Leclair, at least.
Duke Laurent (superior): On the outside, Duke Laurent and Count Krolock seem to be on neutral terms. However, Count Krolock resents the duke because he "dishonored the Laurent legacy" with his decrees and political beef.
