Captain Graysons Blessing:
Riptide has 3 charges.
This blade provides you the ability to cast animate objects, but only while you are in a boat, ship, or similar aquatic means of transport. Also, you can only animate the mean of transport you are on, commanding it to do specific nautic functions, such as hoisting the sails or releasing the anchor. You can also command the ship to do other minor works such as cleaning the deck or spinning the helm.
If you are willing to animate any object from inside the ship and transform it into a creature, as described in the spell, then you'll have some limitations: you cannot animate any object larger than Medium and you have spend one of the charges from the magic sword.
When all charges spent are regained at dawn.
Song of the Sea:   When holding the blade while at sea( or on an ocean) a bentle wawe pushes yur vessel forvard, increesing the maximum speed by 1 mile per hour for 12 hours.   Ocean Emperor:   This sword is linked to the Elemental Plane of Water.   While wealding this sword, you have access to properties based on the Elemental Plane of Water. You can also speak and understand Aquan.   You can choose nonmagical source of water that you can see within range and that fits within a 5-foot cube. You affect it in one of the following ways:
  • You create an instantaneous, harmless sensory effect, such as falling leaves, a puff of wind, the sound of a crashing waves, or the faint odor of salt. The effect must fit in a 5-foot cube.
  • You cause simple shapes—such as the vague form of a creature, an inanimate object, or a location—to appear within the water and animate as you like. The shapes last for 1 hour.
Inwhile within 30 ft. of a pool of water , the blade sheds bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet. When you draw this weapon, salt water emits from the blade and you can hear the sea. This property can be used no more than once per hour.   Fog of War :   Once a day you create a 60-foot-radius sphere of fog centered on a point within range. The sphere spreads around corners, and its area is heavily obscured. It lasts for the duration or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it. The cloud moves 15 feet directly away from you in a direction that you choose at the start of each of your turns, if you choose not to move the fog, the fog is centered on you.
