Gaerood Forest
is the larges forest in all of Fionmagh. These dark and silent forests were shunned by Giants, elves, humans and orcs, as an ancient evil power lurked in the dark under the foliage. Many cruel plant monsters infested the woods, such as assassin vines, dark trees, shambling mounds, and tendriculoses.
Fauna & Flora
Small game animals lived in the forest, but few larger creatures dwelled within, as they were readily eaten by Gaerood's most fearsome predator, the dragon known simply as the emerald veiled queen.
tribes of goblins loyal to their "Queen "roam this forest, claming the lives of those unfortunate enough to lose their trail. the only samples of blitz shroom can be harvested here, The Gaerod Wood was, of course, also inhabited by spiders of all known types, as such as ettercaps and chitines.

History
Gaerood wood had been called Greenwood the Great until around the year AC 3050, when the shadow of the Dark Night fell upon it, and men began to call it Gaerood, or Night wilds or tomb of royals. From then on, Gaerood became a haunted place inhabited by many dark and savage things.
