Research the Morgue

Ferdinand finds out the following information: The Old County morgue is an aging, decrepit building that is being transitioned out in favor of a newer facility. The old structure is slated for demolition as soon as construction of the new building is completed. Dr. Baker is a Medical Examiner that is near retirement. He has been training his replacement and it is planned that he will retire with the closing of the old building.
