Warmshade

Warmshade was the capital of the Awinwald Republic, which was founded by early settlers to the Breathing Wastes, as well as some of the handful whose ancestors never left the region. The Republic has recently been subjugated by the Order of Ash, in a largely bloodless occupation. However, there is significant animosity between the Awinwalders and Havenfort, and resistance movements have formed in an effort to seek independence once more.
