The Chair of Mollified Eschatology is a member of the Mist family - a cadet branch of Ignis. With a title to live up to, and no fortune to speak of, a career within the University was a natural choice. Their keen mind and ability to convincingly argue any point of view made them a natural fit for the Department of Eschatology, and their family ties helped their career accelerate. Now free to pursue their own research, with a generous Lost Society grant and their pick of the Readers for assistants, they are beginning to uncover strange mysteries - mysteries which, if pursued, might reveal dangerous truths...
